After each call, your conversation is scored against a consistent sales rubric: an overall score, a breakdown by criterion (your opening, rapport, discovery, objection handling, value, and securing the next step), and specific feedback on what to work on next.
You practice out loud in a real-time voice call, not a chat box. The buyer interrupts, stalls, and objects like a real prospect. You pick one of four buyers, each with a different style of pushback, and set the difficulty with six dials, from Gentle to Brutal.
Practice calls are recorded and stored privately: your team sees transcripts and scores, not audio, and only authorized ColdOpen staff can play a recording. We never sell your data, and we don't use your practice content to train our own AI models. To run the call and the scoring, call audio and transcripts are processed by OpenAI. Anthropic builds your buyer from your setup answers and website, and sees a call's transcript only if you turn on the live coach.
